Ombak KLCC, a new destination connected to Kuala Lumpur City Centre, set within the 100-acre KLCC precinct; a living art canvas where business, culture, creative and city life come together. Conceived as a place where art, culture and retail exist in quiet harmony, it brings a fluid and contemporary presence to the city’s landscape.

Inspired by the movement of water, Ombak KLCC is shaped as a space that invites discovery, encourages connection, and offers moments of calm within the urban rhythm.

Extending as a cantilevered gallery, GALERI PETRONAS creates a considered interface between art and the city, supporting local artistic practice within a contemporary urban setting. Through carefully curated exhibitions, it nurtures creative expression and invites meaningful encounters between artists, audiences and the evolving city.

Ombak KLCC is a new destination within the 100-acre Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct, where business, culture, creativity and city life meet. Envisioned as a living canvas, it brings together art, retail and public experience in a setting shaped to feel open, fluid and distinctly of the city.
Its architectural language is drawn not only from movement, but from the idea of the weave. Inspired by the balance and intricacy of woven form, Ombak KLCC is shaped through flowing bands that wrap, reveal and connect, giving the building a sculptural presence that feels both contemporary and grounded within the KLCC precinct.
At the heart of this expression is GALERI PETRONAS, conceived as a cantilevered gallery that extends art into the public realm. More than a gallery, it creates a visible and thoughtful interface between artistic practice and the city, inviting meaningful encounters between artists, audiences and the evolving urban landscape.
Designed to engage both park and skyline, Ombak KLCC unfolds as a place of discovery, connection and shared experience. From its sheltered plaza and art-facing soffit to its roof garden and views towards the PETRONAS Twin Towers, it is shaped as a destination to be explored, returned to and remembered.
