Established in 1992 to manage the development of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, KLCC Projeks was formed with a clear mandate: To deliver complex projects with discipline, precision and accountability.

Over time, the organisation has evolved from an in-house project management function into a trusted project management company, supporting major developments for clients in Malaysia and beyond. This evolution reflects a depth of experience built through direct involvement in some of the country’s most significant urban and infrastructure initiatives.

KLCC Projeks has played a key role in landmark developments including Putrajaya and the East Coast Economic Region (ECER), Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Sudan, managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects where coordination, governance and delivery are critical. Since 2009, it has served as the appointed project management company for ECER projects, contributing to the successful implementation of high-impact developments and essential infrastructure across the region.

Its portfolio includes the PETRONAS Twin Towers and Menara 3 PETRONAS, as well as notable commercial buildings and precincts within the KLCC development.

Today, our operational footprint spans 30 strategic locations as of late 2025, providing a massive combined capacity of over 20,000 bays across the nation’s most vital hubs. This includes a robust presence in Kuala Lumpur, where we manage over 9,200 bays across 9 locations, and a significant expansion in Putrajaya with nearly 11,000 bays distributed throughout 21 locations.
